Agreement and account responsibilities
These Terms govern access to Smart Leads and its candidate-profile, opportunity, matching, proposal, outreach, billing and support features. By creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the service only for lawful professional purposes.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing generated content, recipients, attachments and opportunity details before outreach is sent.
Service scope
Smart Leads acquires and organizes opportunity information from configured sources, structures candidate profiles from uploaded CVs, calculates job-specific match information, allocates eligible leads according to platform rules and provides proposal and outreach tools.
Opportunity availability, third-party contact information, match scores, generated proposals and estimated relevance are decision-support tools. Smart Leads does not guarantee employment, client acquisition, interviews, replies, revenue or any other business outcome.
Plans, quotas and access
Paid access begins when payment is approved by Super Admin unless a written custom agreement states otherwise. Lead quotas, outreach limits, duration and other commercial limits are defined by the active plan or approved custom plan.
Unused daily quota does not create a guarantee that a specific number of suitable opportunities will exist. Smart Leads may acquire additional inventory when matching supply is insufficient, but quality and source availability take priority over assigning irrelevant leads.
Opportunity allocation
Normal paid-user automatic allocation is designed to be exclusive so the same automatically claimed opportunity is not distributed to multiple normal users. Team and administrative workspaces may review overlapping opportunities for operational purposes.
A lead may be withheld from user allocation when required contact information, matching data or source quality is incomplete. Administrators may enrich or correct source records before synchronization.
Outreach and communication
Users remain responsible for lawful outreach, recipient selection and message content. Automated or scheduled email features must not be used for spam, deception, harassment, impersonation or communications that violate applicable privacy, marketing or anti-spam laws.
Smart Leads may apply technical safeguards, rate limits, campaign controls and suspension measures to protect platform reputation and third-party recipients.
Third-party services and sources
Smart Leads may depend on third-party opportunity sources, hosting providers, email providers, APIs and external websites. Availability or behavior of those services may change without Smart Leads control. Third-party links remain subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, attempts to bypass platform controls, misuse of personal data or material breach of these Terms.
Availability and limitation
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. No internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete source coverage or error-free third-party information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Leads is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses resulting from reliance on opportunity availability or generated content.
Changes and contact
Features, source integrations and operational limits may evolve. Material changes affecting active accounts may be communicated through the service where practical. Questions can be submitted through Contact or the Resolution Center.
